Croatian Nikica worked in the luxury hospitality industry for 6 years before moving onto luxury yachts. She brings her 5-star hotel experience onboard. She joined her first yacht RUSH (Sunseeker 75) in 2010 as a chef/stewardess before joining TUGARKA (Ferretti 87) and 66° ABOVE in 2012. Nikica holds a Master’s in management and communication and she is the go-to person onboard for “mission impossible” requests, including sourcing the best tables at restaurants, buying rare wines and much more. Nikica is also a licenced bookkeeper and holds a yacht licence up to 50 GRT. Nikica strength lies in her ability to relate to a wide variety of people and to understand and adapt to their every need. Her outgoing, friendly and positive personality is displayed in any situation and her exceptional interpersonal skills make others feel comfortable and relaxed in her presence. Nikica works well in high-pressure situations, where her personality and ability shine through
